The Industrial neighbourhood offers a great selection of affordable homes in all shapes and sizes in close proximity to urban amenities like shopping districts, schools and a local hospital. Whether you are interested in a smaller condo property, or a single family home with some surrounding acres of land, Industrial features properties ranging from 1/4 acre up to 5 acres. Unlike lots of other neighbourhoods in the area, prices in the Industrial neighbourhood have remained steady in recent years at roughly one million per acre plus improvements. While some may be hesitant to move into an area known for commercial and industrial development, Penticton's Industrial neighbourhood is extremely neat, clean and quiet compared to similar neighbourhoods in BC.
