After 20 years of active Real Estate service, Doug Chapman has retired and remains part of the Team as the Unlicensed Team Consultant. After entering into the real estate industry and getting his Realtor's license in 2001, Doug has encountered plenty of success when it comes to selling numerous types of properties in the Penticton and Okanagan region. From farmland to industrial properties, and everything in between, Doug has spent a career making successful deals on a wide range of properties. To date, Doug has completed almost 2000 deals, for which he has received a lifetime achievement award as one of the industry's top producers as well as the Chairman's award (top 1% in sales Royal LePage Canada)

Today, he continues to bring his extensive experience and insight into real estate deals throughout the Okanagan. As Doug looks toward the future, he feels proud to be able to share some of his success with his children as they work at his side. As a member of Team Chapman, Doug feels extremely proud of the success he, Danielle and Jesse have been able to achieve while working together, and he looks forward to maintaining that success by continuing to provide clients with the utmost in service and expertise.
